What is the purpose of this app?

FiDO offers additional features called “Snippets” that can be accessed through in-app purchases. These can be purchased directly within the app, and will be made available to the account provided in your payment information through a follow-up email.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply open the app and sign up. To update your account navigate to the “Profile” section of the bottom navigation bar. From there, you can manage all of your preferences.

How do I report a bug or issue with the app?

If you encounter any bugs or issues while using the FiDO app or any of its services, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our users and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, open the app and navigate to the “Profile” section. Then, go to “Settings” and select “Delete Account.” Following the prompts, you’ll be able to delete your account. Note that after deletion of account, it will no longer be accessible and all the data linked to that account will be lost.
