Modern Slavery Statement.

Modern Slavery Statement.

Dated: 4th of March, 2024.

Opening statement from Adam Bolas, Founder & CEO.

INSINTO LTD is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain, and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers. The core of INSINTO LTD's business is to play a part in ending modern slavery and protect children online from current and any developing threats. INSINTO LTD also donates a percentage of profit to charities and NGOs which work to support victims of modern slavery.

Should any evidence be found of actions or policies within our supply chain or within any of our partner organisations that are contrary to INSINTO LTD’s approach, we will not hesitate to take appropriate immediate action.

About INSINTO LTD.

You can find more about us and our values throughout our website – in particular, see our About Us: https://insinto.ai/about, where you’ll find links to our social media channels and newsletter subscription. INSINTO LTD is a socially driven enterprise based in the UK which is dedicated to providing technological and real-world solutions to child exploitation, abuse, and harm. INSINTO LTD is a young company and so, currently, does not come within the requirements to provide a Modern Slavery Statement – we make this statement voluntarily. We consider it important to set out our approach to combatting modern slavery and human trafficking in the way we work, as well as it being a core part of our business. We do this so that everyone connected with us is absolutely clear about how we work and what we expect of ourselves, our suppliers, and partners.

Whilst our solutions are developed entirely in-house, in order to provide our service we work with a range of core suppliers from industry specialists to service providers. The majority of these are local to our headquarters in Gloucestershire – others are further afield. We are building many strong relationships with our suppliers and industry experts and partners. All of these relationships are based on our shared values and commitment to the highest ethical equal opportunity employment practices and performance.

Company Policies.

We believe combating modern slavery and working ethically starts with us, we therefore have a suite of policies and procedures in place to support this including:

1. We are an equal opportunities’ employer.

2. No forced labour is used.

3. We ensure all employees are at least 18 years of age and are eligible to work in the UK.

4. We are proud to pay our staff at or above industry standards and where appropriate we are a Real Living Wage employer.

5. All employees are free to join trade unions if they wish – all employees are consulted and supported to share their views on our policies, procedures and working practices.

6. All employees receive ongoing and annual training appropriate to their job role including employee well-being, alongside compliance.

7. Our staff are remote workers, but we ensure that we provide a safe working environment and publish a H&S policy.

8. Deductions for disciplinary measures are not made, and full details of lawful deductions are provided on a monthly payslip.

9. We do not operate zero hours contracts.10. We have a whistleblowing policy in place.

Our due diligence and practices.

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have adopted the following due diligence procedures:

Our core suppliers are expected to meet the requirements of the Real Living Wage annually and are encouraged to have their own Modern Slavery procedures in place.

A risk assessment is carried on potential new suppliers before engagement, and we monitor this when working with them.We do this to:

  • Ensure standards are met.

  • Highlight areas of potential risk in our supply chain.

  • Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring.

Our procedures are designed to:

  • Establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains.

  • Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains.

  • Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains.

  • Provide adequate protection for whistleblowers.

Risk & compliance.

We consider ourselves to be low risk due to operating in the low-risk sector and the online, electronic nature of our UK based service.

If a risk was identified in a potential new supplier, we would not commence activity until reassurances were met.

Should evidence of slavery or human trafficking come to light with an existing supplier or partner, we will enforce zero tolerance and immediately seek to terminate the relationship.

Effectiveness of our practices.

We keep the risk of modern slavery occurring under constant review in our day-to-day business and by performing an annual assessment.

Our target is simple, and will always be zero.

Internal training.

We invest in educating our staff to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through our training programmes, employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.

Employees are taught the benefits of stringent measures to tackle slavery and human trafficking, as well as the consequences of failing to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our business, supply chains and partners.

Further actions & sign-off.

This is our first statement. We will follow this by:

  • Communicating and providing it to our employees and suppliers.

  • Publishing this statement on our website.

  • Keeping it under review and updating it annually or as necessary.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Digital Woof's slavery and human trafficking statement.
